Youth Leadership Training

• Intro to Leadership Skills for Troops (ILST) Syllabus - ILST should be run for the new youth leaders after every election. This should include the Senior Patrol Leader, Assistant Senior Patrol Leader, Patrol Leaders, Troop Guide, and Junior Assistant Scoutmaster.  It's training for youth leadership positions. The Senior Patrol Leader and Scoutmaster run the course together.
