My name is William Davis. I joined Troop 337 in 2009. Since then, I have earned my Eagle Scout Rank and a Master's degree in Civil Engineering. I am volunteering as an assistant scoutmaster focusing on enabling youth leadership. My vision for the troop is to have a Youth-Led troop by 2030. In 8 years, the scouts joining the troop will have the skills to teach and lead the next generation. My goal for this website is to create a space where scouts can find resources for youth leadership. Youth Leaders can find some of the most used resources in Scouting BSA here on this website.
